    Most concerns about cannibalization come from looking at affiliate through a last-click lens. Depending on your product, buyers may require dozens of touchpoints before converting. If your program is concentrated on bottom-funnel partners and measured only on last click, affiliate will naturally appear to “take credit” for conversions that were influenced by other channels.
