Best looks
different for everyone.
We exist to help you find yours.
At LQ best means something different for every business
For some clients, the best customer is the one with the highest lifetime value. For others, it’s the fastest payback. Or the most likely to refer other customers.
What kind of customer moves your numbers.
What economics make growth sustainable.
What signals indicate you’re winning.
This is how we define the win before we start the work.
The problem isn’t data.
It’s what you do with it.
Most businesses have plenty of numbers.
Dashboards, reports, trends, real-time everything.
The problem is not the lack of data. It is knowing which data actually moves the business.
Data only earns its keep when it turns into action. Otherwise, it is just an expensive observation.
What does winning actually look like for your business, and what’s the play to get there?

A loop, not a launch.
The market moves. Buyer behavior moves. The math changes. We update with it.
1
Identify
Know what and who matters.
Find the buyers, the prompts, and the signals shaping who finds you.
2
Strategize
Design how you win them.
Targeting strategy. Creative strategy. Measurement strategy. Built around your goals, not a template.
3
Activate
Work the channels they live in.
Search, AI answer engines, social, affiliates, programmatic, contact center. The portfolio working as one.
4
Maximize
Reallocate to drive compounding growth.
Read what’s working, double down with confidence, kill what isn’t.
Built by two people who treated the whole funnel as one system.
LQ was founded by Andrew Coleman and Glenn Houck. They split the work because they agreed on something other agencies can miss: sales and marketing and how one can’t work without the other.

Andrew Coleman
Co-CEO
Built the front. Lead generation. Paid media. The work of finding the right audience and getting them to raise their hand.
When he is not being LQ’s Co-CEO, he is sitting on the boards of PE-backed companies in fintech, media, and cybersecurity.
He knows what growth looks like from both sides of the cap table.

Glenn Houck
Co-CEO
Built the back. Sales. Get there first and nurture them. The work of turning interest into customers, and customers into long-term partners.
He has been through two acquisitions, HomeGain sold to Classified Ventures, then LQ to private equity.
He knows what pipeline looks like under investor scrutiny, what retention does to valuation, and how sales execution has to hold up when there’s a board watching.
Neither half is the answer. The economy of marketing lives in how the halves talk to each other. Andrew and Glenn knew that from the start, and they built LQ around it.
That’s why LQ sells a system that knows how acquisition and retention compound when they’re built together.

Monica Niblack – President of the Agency
Monica Niblack came up through the numbers. She joined LQ as an analyst when “performance marketing” still meant getting the spreadsheet to balance. Two decades later, she leads the agency as President.
Marketing has gotten harder. More fragmented, more accountable, more contested. Monica has watched it happen from inside the work. Every conversation Monica has is grounded in the math underneath. Strategy, budgets, what’s working and what isn’t. She can translate between the dashboard and the boardroom because she has been in both.

The people, doing the work.
Behind every account is a team that thinks the LQ way. Strategists, media specialists, creative leads, contact center leads, and data gurus. People who care more about what compounds than what looks good in a slide.
Truth
Data doesn’t lie. You can expect us to tell it like it is, backed by the facts. Our clients appreciate our candor – and our drill-down-on-data.
Hustle
We work hard and get after it. That means brainstorming up a wave of creative ideas, responding in a heartbeat and going that extra mile.
Pride
We take pride in delivering exactly what we say we will. And we push for your best results, down to every last decimal.
Ownership
We see ourselves as an offshoot of your own team, right there in the thick of things. Your growth goals are our growth goals.
We hire for that. We’re hiring for it now.
Let’s define your win.
